No answer Nespresso

Can I please have feedback on my machine. I have phoned and email several times? What should I do more? Turn to social media? Can I have feed back on the fact that my machine is not working an it is still under waranty have reported this already in June and still nou answer. Can i get help from anyone at nespresso?
