NEVER purchase a Nespresso machine - the WORST after sales service ever!!!!

Nespresso after sales service is the WORST I have ever experienced!

My Nespresso Vertuo machine (still under warranty) started giving trouble and Nespresso made it extremely difficult for me to even just get the machine in for repairs. They refused to let me hand it in at the store where I purchased it (Menlyn Mall) and after having to chase them down I was finally able to get it couriered to them for repairs - they have a terrible process for machine repairs.

They told me it would normally take about 3-5 days for it to be repaired and returned to me...

Then about a week after we sent it in for repairs I received the following email from them (this is copied directly from the email they sent me):

"Good day, Please note that Technical is still awaiting spares to have the machine repaired. In this case the Topside CPL – Head must be replaced. This might still take between 4-6 weeks."

They are NOT willing to replace the machine (seeing as they do not have parts and are not able to repair the machine for 6 weeks). Also not even willing to offer any temporary solution for the 6 weeks we will be without a machine...

I never expected this from a brand like Nespresso!!!

STAY AWAY from Nespresso!!!
