My friend bought me that lattisma machine last year as someone who loves coffee

It’s been faulty from word go I can’t remember the number of times it was fetched to get fixed and the last time I sent an email for them to replace it. However they still brought back the same 1 and after a couple of uses, not even 7 to say the least it stopped working. I didn’t even bother to send it back because I was clear that I had received a faulty machine and as a brand they should’ve replaced it the 3rd time I sent it back

The whole year it hasn’t worked and it’s painful watching it sit there as though it’s a decor element

This brand really did me dirty and embarrassed the friend that bought it for me

Like I want to stand at every store they sell them from and tell everyone not to buy their machine but I’m not that petty

However as a consumer I was truly disappointed What a let down.
