Nespresso's Easy Order system - never again.

I wish I had read all Nespresso reviews before attempting to use their "Easy Order" online feature. I would have saved myself a lot of hassle.

Phoning their listed number was like phoning a government department.

However - full marks to their staff manning their Nespresso kiosk at Bedford Centre. What a pleasure dealing with them compared to their "Head Office / Sales Office".
