Nespresso - what a joke

I bought a Nespresso Inissia on Takealot for a Christmas present. We registered the machine as instructed. When you put the pod into the machine it compacts it instead of puncturing it. I put in a complaint with Nespresso they collected it by courier and sent it back 5 days later. It still does the same thing. I phoned Nespresso again to tell them, the lady on the phone says there is nothing wrong. But she will put in a query. I phone again the following day this lady says there is no record of my call the previous day. I must check for an airlock in the machine. I phone again and ask for the address of Nespresso Strydom Park to be told this is a warehouse and the public is not allowed in. I must take a video of the machine not working. All I want is to show a technical services person what is wrong with the machine. At this point this machine is less than useless. I even said that I was prepared to upgrade. Your service is awful. I will never purchase one of your machines again.
