Nespresso Vertuo Coffee machines are not a good buy!

I will not recommend Nespresso's Vertuo Next coffee machine to anybody considering buying it.

My machine has broken down 3 times in a years' time. I use the machine as instructed and also do the wash cycles twice a week as recommended by the technicians.

The first time the machine broke I send it in for repairs - they said it could not be fixed and send the broken machine back. I send it back again because the machine was still under warranty. They replaced the machine, and I was happy for a few months until the machine broke again. I just received it back a few days ago just to be out of order again.

Initially I was so excited being able to afford my first Nespresso, but now I feel that I have wasted a lot of money, had a lot of frustrated days and now I have to go through the whole process again, just maybe to be left with a broken machine again?

Not a happy customer at all!
