Nespresso unbelievable service

<p>We brought our U Nespresso machine to the shop, they are not allowed to collect any machines that need to be repaid anymore. Every phone call we give to Nespresso we receive a different answer from their part. They tell us they will come pick it up, we have to bring it to Johanessburg, we do not have any spare pieces in stock.... All this for a piece that costs R54-. This is a terrrible service for a big company like Nespresso</p>
