Nespresso Spares

I have been trying to get a spare part for my Citiz & Milk for well over a year. They emailed a picture of the machine asking which part....it had no part numbers. I explained exactly what it was, this is not complex stuff. No response last year and no response this week, surely they can't be overwhelmed with requests for spare parts? This is meant to be a top of the range item, seems not. Look elsewhere for one, even Temu will give you way better service.
