Nespresso Service

I contacted the Nespresso Club this morning for technical assistance, a lovely lady named Ugeshni assisted me, she was ever so patient as i had no information on hand and wanted to book my machine in. WOW I wonder how she does it everyday she was excellent from start to finish.
