Nespresso sale technique- ****!

Nespresso ****med me with their deal. I bought a Nespresso machine on special end 2021 at one of their approved retailers. The special included a Nespresso machine at discounted price together with a Nespresso voucher. I could redeem the voucher value for online products with Nespresso, but just to find out the voucher code was not valid. After an email on which they did not respond I called their customer services. The voucher with a new code was send after a week to my gmail account. When I tried to redeem the voucher, the system said again it was not valid. I emailed Nespresso again and after no response a few weeks later I called the customer services. The agent said my voucher expired after a few weeks and I no longer have the voucher value available to me. I requested a manger to call me, and send a further email. After months now, still no response or call from a Nespresso agent/manager. I am very disappointed in Nespresso, they seemed to be a professional company until I became a client.
