NESPRESSO SA is the WORST!

Wish I never bought a Nepresso Machine. Their SA management (Mrs Moodley) and consultant (Jessica) is unhelpful, arrogant and not focused on client service. I have proven misrepresentation, false advertising from Nespresso SA by advertising free coffee sleeves with a purchase of 10 sleeves, but it was never supp**** and then they use the excuse out of stock and read the terms and conditions. Yet the add is on the website on ordering new capsules, not taken down and still displayed which encourages clients to buy 10 sleeves.......This is *****. They should not advertise a special if they don't have stock and can't supply! Sneaky! And then on querying the consultants are arrogant and not helpful! Worst company! PEOPLE DONT BUY A NESPRESSO MACHINE AND GET STUCK WITH NESRESSO CLUB SA.
