Nespresso return policy is a joke.

Got a machine and 20 sleeves as a gift from my wife. 2 days later, after sampling the different variants included in the packaging - I wanted to return some of the "SEALED, UNOPENED sleeves for stronger espresso. Nope - sorry for you sir. After spending R3000 on our brand we are not in the least interested in making you a satisfied client. you can go and choke on the coffee you don't like. Cheerio. Well ill be buying any pods as long as I don't have to walk into your store again. someone who drinks at least R1000+ worth of coffee a month, I dont see why I have to put up with this attitude.
