Nespresso online ordering is a sham!

Ordered 15 sleeves, *** Got 9 sleeves delivered - phoned to follow up and complain, identified the 6 missing and promise of delivery due to mistake, Got 4 sleeves delivered - still 2 missing, have to phone in yet again...

What level of service is this - my bank was debited for all items at once, not piecemeal like the deliveries are coming and nobody had to phone me to ask to be paid....why can't your delivery process be the same! Your order process is fantastic...take order, take money then ***** customer!
