Nespresso online order delays

Ordered 10x Nespresso coffee sleeves online on BlackFriday, still waiting for delivery. Pathetic service. Went to the store and they couldn’t help me since online and instore systems are not integrated. Called their customer service, spoke to the logistics team and I’m still waiting for a simple delivery.
