Nespresso - Money making racket !!

So Nespresso - we have to buy your machines just so we can then buy your most expensive coffee pods, delicious as they are, to fuel our coffee addiction and THEN when the machine needs a service after a few years you now say you NO LONGER SUPPORT THAT MODEL and that we need to pay for an upgrade machine!!! What kind of money making racket are you in? If you can't support your own products, then get someone else to do so. Totally unfair.
