Nespresso machine stopped working 4 days after purchase- No Refund, Repair and Exchange

bought a nespresso machine which stopped working after 4 days and this was their feedback: "I refer to technical ticket number : *** created on the 06/03/2023. The machine has been assessed and we regret to confirm that it has been declared " Irreparable". The technician found that the customer had been running milk through the water tank into the machine causing damage to PC Board and all other components inside the machine below images. " I find the above to be a complete bollox and was greatly disappointed as feel ****med and would never go near this product. No refund or replacement and they are also not going to fix their bogus machine.
