Nespresso machine problematic

Problematic coffee machine. Since the day we bought the machine we were encountering issues. Made contact with Nespresso, they collected the machine and apparently fixed it, the coffee machine is even worse now. Tried to make contact to replace the machine but everytime they come with different excuses. Service delivery and product horrible.
