Nespresso machine not pumping out water

Come on guys! Thousands of rands on a coffee machine and majority of the users and nespresso employees say oh it's just airlocked. This is ridiculous. I've spent 3 hours trying to get a coffee machine to pump out water but it refuses. I've tried every remedy on the internet. The first thing you guys should do it come out with an anti airlock feature. I am definitely returning this item and I will always advise against a purchase of a nespresso product.
