Nespresso leaves everyone Depresso

So, we bought a Nespresso machine via Takealot. We did so after visiting Nespresso pages and finally decided on a machine. We received it but the pods we bought does not fit and nowhere on their website does it state that it only takes a certain type of pod. We tried replacing it with a different model but both Takealot and Nespresso feels nothing. Even making it worse the agent from Nespresso laughed at my wife and told her to just sell it and buy a new one. **** you lady. Wow I cannot believe this is the service we get from an international brand. I will be taking this to the head office in America.
