Nespresso Latissimo One - faulty machine (broken thrice in 11 months)

My Nespresso Latissimo One machine has broken three times in the last 11 months. I received great service from the help desk, twice the machine was fixed now (still within warranty), but the machine is broken AGAIN. I used to love Nespresso, but geese! This machine has just given me trouble. With this machine's going rate I would never recommend anyone to purchase a Latissimo One and me myself would rather try out another brand.
