Nespresso, hero to zero...

Nespresso appear to have a brilliant repair service. Buy a number of capsules and you get your repair done free of charge. They even pick your machine up! BUT they then, after checking it, say they cannot repair the machine as 8 years old. On returning the machine I find a part is missing. In corporate speak they then lie about this, even though I sent a picture of where the missing part should be. Then they have to be chased to repay when I returned the capsules. So from what appeared to be a great service, down to zero in my estimation.
