Nespresso customer service- useless.

The sales team at Nespresso are shocking. I have sent them 20+ emails over the last two days trying to get an order to be dispatched. I have phoned them so many times trying to follow up, and they pass the buck to every other Department instead of assisting me. If only Nespresso knew how terrible their staff are especially in comparison to service in other countries. I’ve been sent from pillar to post the last two days and despite my best attempts, they still won’t help me. Rather just go to a shop that sell the product directly and skip the website all together!!!!
