Nespresso Club fails to deliver

I have bought Nespresso machine from takelof on 8 April and it was delivered at my home address on 10 April. The next day 11 April I registered with Nespresso Club and ordered coffee pods from them. I got a confirmation email indicating the order will be delivered in around 3 working days. I have still received no delivery. I emailed them 3 times and last I heard from them 4 days ago. I asked them to cancel the order but have received no confirmation on that either.
