Nespresso brand very poor quality - Nespresso customer service south africa pathetic

On the 13th of January 2024 after many many emails back and forth I was told they will replace my machine. I distinctly asked is this refurbished or new and they said brand new. Come early June 2024 machine does not dispense as usual go through the nightmare of contacting this club nespresso which by the way take anyway between 48 hours and beyond to respond. Come July 02nd I receive an email that spare parts are ordered and they awaiting arrival .
