Nespresso bad service

I have requested Nespresso to repair two coffee machines for me and in return you either pay R950 per machine or you buy 15 sleeves of coffee then they repair is for free. The collection is normally the next day. I bought the 30 sleeves of coffee and since then which is now 9 days they have not collected the machines. They either go the the wrong address to collect which they did twice but not at my address. I have phoned them everyday and everyday they say they are escalating but nothing happens. I have coffee but I cannot drink it because I have no machines. The service / promises I receive is very poor. I will keep doing this until the matter has been resolved because now it will take anothet 10 days before the machines are repaired.
