Nespresso after sales service

I bought a new Essenza Mini a few months ago and it has not worked properly since then. Calls to the nespresso number say it is the wrong number, emails to their email address are returned and messages on the chat line on their website are not answered. How do I get any response from them, before the guarentee runs out?
