Lattissima One SUCKS

Wow, this brand sucks.

first the couriers sucks a**. i have been waiting for three weeks for my machine to be picked up. I even contacted support and they 'said' they will organise a delivery. What absolute BS!

I have the Lattissima One. a VERY VERY expensive machine THAT DOESNT WORK. what is the purpose of making a machine with a build in milk frothier WHEN IT DOES NOT WORK.

Nespresso did say they would replace my machine. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE WHEN YOUR COURIERS DONT WORK.
