Knowledgeable lady on line

Our Nespresso machine gave us problems for a while. I decided to call Nespresso. I was very lucky to get Tandeka Hlatshwayo on the line. We started to try to do trouble shooting and still could not fix the problem. She explained in detail and with a lot of patience what to do. Eventually we decided to take the option to buy coffee and then they fix the machine for free. It was a real pleasure to deal with Tandeka and I just would like her company to know that they have an great asset. I did go to a branch to enquire, but the only option that was mentioned to me was that it will cost R900 for the service. Thank you Tandeka, we appreciate your good service.
