Jennifer of Tyger Valley Mall (Nespresso)- a rare find!

I had the opportunity to bring my broken Nespresso machine to the nearest dealer, which is in Tyger Valley Mall. I brought it on Thursday, it went to JNB and was returned on Monday. Thanks to Jennifer, a very competent and friendly employee. The machine was out of warranty, but I paid absolutely nothing, free courier service, all parts replaced - what a pleasure. The cherry on the cake was dealing with Jennifer - a breath of fresh air. Unfortunately, in general, service delivery in South Africa is worse than awful. When one encounters someone of the calibre of Jennifer, it refreshes one's faith in humanity. Thanks Jennifer!
