Intimidated by manager
No stars! Popped into the V&A branch to taste new flavours and was admiring their new range of cups when so called “manager” came up to me, very uncomfortably close and made a comment implying that I was stupid. The whole exchange he continued to harass me and no social distancing was adhered to. He used his male dominance to intimidate, demean and victimize me. I left the store feeling bul****. Is this the culture of Nespresso? They have failed to response to my complaints on varies social media platforms

11 Dec 2020, 12:49How can a investigation be done if I am not contacted to get a report of what happened. Your so called manager was arrogant, rude, unprofessional and condescending. I am the customer and expected to be treated respectfully and valued as a client. That man felt proud to tell me his the manager, he was abusing his power and his reaction to me shows highlighted his prejudices. Is that the culture and values Nespresso promote?
