I have had it with this coffee

I sent my machine in for repairs after a month I asked for a loan machine they brought me the machine I am pleased in how my machine is working but not to happy about service I'm not sure if you do follow ups as to per customer then also it's been over a month an nobody bothered to collect this loan machine maybe you not in need of it further the service is disgusting nobody bothers to care about us the consumer it's sad please could a somebody of the branch I called please call me thanks
