I bought the Gran Lattissima Nespresso Machine (R5399.99) last year November. The machine had to be sent back seven times before I recieved a new one. It was sent back each time because of issues with the frother. As this machine was problematic I asked if I could trade it in for the Creatista Plus (R8999.00) Since I have had this machine I have frother problems again. The froth is done in a metal jug. Only half the milk frothes so you have to scoop the froth off the top. Because the milk has been heated you there is a problem using the milk again. When I asked if I could trade it in Nespresso was very dismissive and said because it has been used they can't replace or swop out the machine. How would I know there is a problem if I don't use the machine. I would definitely not recommend a Nespresso Machine because of the problems I have had. The machine I also had before I bought the Gran Lattissima also had froth issues.
