HUGE Disappointment with NESPRESSO Canal Walk

My partner and I went to the Nespresso store in Canal Walk last weekend, after hearing the news that there was a promotion with regards to the pixy clip Nespresso machines. To our disappointment, all the promotions were sold out. However, we were reassured that the branch was to be getting in a new batch of promotions. We gladly put our names down for one of these promotions and were told that we would definitely get a call as soon as they knew which day this week, the promotions were coming in (seeing that they can only keep an item for you for 24 hours). We left the store feeling super excited!! Well its been a week now, and we haven't received a call, so I decided to follow up. To my surprise, I was told that they would no longer be getting in any promotions for the pixy clip machines, and they do not know why I was promised something that wouldn't materialize. So we were promised a machine that would no longer be on promotion, and a new batch of stock that doesn't exist, nor did we receive ANY feedback with regards to the fact that the promotion would no longer be running. So I sit today, with no coffee and disgusted with the false promise that was made to us!
