Great service from Nespresso

I had an issue with my Nespresso machine & called into the call centre, fully expecting an uphill battle to get my machine taken in and getting it fixed. They picked up my details on the system very quickly, logged a call & arranged to get the machine picked up by a courier the very next day.<br> <br> I also received a call the next day to check that it was actually picked up!<br> <br> What fantastic service!! Well done Nespresso!
