Frustrated customers thanks to Nesspresso

I bought a Nesspresso lattissima one sometime last year and the automatic milk froth has been giving me problems ,took it back twice for technical inspection.The last straw was when it it did the same thing for the third time and I went back to Nestle Nespresso 13 day ago ,and until today they have been making empty promises and now am stuck with a malfunctioning machine and they seem not to care so much
