Free delivery and some free coffee as well

When I took our Nespresso machine in for repairs last week I said that they should phone when it is finished and I would come and fetch it. However, it was repaired and delivered by courier to our house, and on opening the box it was to find a large pack of complimentary coffee as well. Since the repairs were under guarantee the whole saga cost us nothing. Well done to Nespresso!
