Extremely Happy customer

Walked into Nespresso Canal Walk and received a warm welcome by some female. My wife was not sure why her machines lights was flashing, coffee running slowly. The entire machine was just not functioning the same. This female was well educated and could immediately advise us as to what the problem was. She sold us a descaling kit and educated us on how to use it which we we so grateful for. She took her time with us as we don't know all the technical things involved with the machine. She then exposed us to some new coffee flavours which just made our day and added it to our next shopping list. We then asked this female for the manager on duty only but of her to respond that she is the manager on duty. My wife and I would like to say well done to Nespresso for appointing this female manager as she gives Nespresso a great name in the industry. We don't wish to be assisted by anyone else other than the manager zaida rylands. Hope I spelt the name correctly but she is at the canal walk branch.
