Efficient and friendly service

I am always blown away by the efficiency and friendliness of the Nespresso Club people. I needed a repair to my machine, phoned them on Friday, machine was collected Tuesday and my coffee order was simultaneously dropped off. The lovely Thuli answered all my questions and arranged everything. Why can't other organisations/entities be as efficient?
