DONT SUPPORT NESPRESSO

i recently did a purchase as a gift for someone , but they had already bought a coffee machine , i returned the item the next day and was told my refund will take 5 days , its been 20 days and i have not received any funds , the customer support team is absolutely useless , and don't even help , they refuse to even put u to a manager , I'm now left fighting for my money
