Do not buy the Latissimo coffee machine. Also, terrible customer service.

We got a Nespresso machine as a wedding present and were so excited about it as we have both wanted one for years. The machine arrived, worked for a week, and then stopped working. We sent it back to be fixed and they sent it back after a long wait, it was sent back broken. They collected it and again after a long wait, and sent us a new machine, in a different color than what we ordered. We didn't fight this because we just wanted a machine that worked. This machine worked for less than a week and broke. They collected it to be fixed and sent it back again (in the wrong color, after bringing this to their attention, and to our surprise it was sent back broken once again. It smelt like burning plastic when we put it on. Nobody has apologized for the experience or offered any compensation. Do not buy the Latissimo. There is a problem with this product, and on top of it, their service sucks.
