Disappointed by the snooty staff at Gateway Branch

I was very excited when I heard there was going to be a Nespresso Store in Gateway because we shop there more often than going to Windermere. I visited the store on Saturday & was sorely disappointed by the attitude of the Manager & some of the staff. A friendly colored lady assisted us and gave us samples of the new limited edition to taste. I then purchased a few items,I was waiting in the queue while Candice assisted another customer. As soon as Candice was done with that customer she turns her back to me & starts doing something else while I stood there like an idiot as if I was invisible. I then had to ask her for assistance and she obliged,I tried to make conversation with her but she was completely nonchalant toward me. I had to even ask for the recycle bag yet I saw her offer it to the previous customer without asking. I get that Nespresso is very exclusive hence I own a machine but the stores should have a friendlier attitude to encourage us to keep coming to the store. The stony attitudes is very off putting in my opinion,they should smile more and probably that will encourage more sales!!
