Delivery goes to wrong city

I ordered capsules on their website. It states order will take 1-2 workung days. I then get way bill my order is in Montague gardens Cape Town? PROBLEM Is I stay in JOHANNESBURG???? When I called customer care Nespresso, Ixwas told, they need to get parcel back from Capetown then deliver to me??? NOT ON.. I REQUESTED A NEW DELIVERY GETS SENT TO ME AS I NEEDED COFFEE AS PRESENT ON THAT DAY. NO MANAGER RETURNED MY CALL. The one lady did manage to arrange a new parcel to be sent but only the following day.Still not acceptable as it is urgent
