Delivered to wrong address, recycling bag might kill me

Ordered online, delivery was quick. Ordered over the weekend and package came on Monday. Delivered to the wrong address - I have a recycling bag that's practically bursting and is growing its own ecosystem already that was supposed to be collected, but since the delivery went to the wrong address it obviously wasn't picked up. Now I am still sitting with an over-full recycling bag that looks like its about to mutate and start a pandemic. Cannot phone them, Caller ID says that the number is indeed Nespresso but once the call starts it tells you the number does not exist. Now I have to either wait another month before my next order and pray that this thing doesn't somehow open up on its own or I have to drive an hour to go drop it off at the nearest store. Makes me want to just not recycle anymore what a mission.
