Customer service sucks

<p>Nespresso arranged to collect my machine more than a week ago and I haven't heard from them again. I called twice today and the customer service agents promised to call me back, but to no avail. I'm still waiting.</p> <p> </p> <p>Surely they should realise how critical it is not having a machine. I've been a loyal customer for more than 10 years and this is the service I get.</p> <p> </p> <p>My Nespresso customer number: ITP002</p> <p> </p> <p>Sort it out !!!</p>
