Conned me into buying the wrong machine.

I purchased a new coffee machine at the Nespresso Gateway branch. I asked for a machine that also has an option for milk. The salesperson tells me the machine he is selling me does have a milk option, and makes me two cups of coffee with milk telling me it’s made on the same type of machine.

When i reached home and opened my machine, i find that there is no milk option. When i contacted Nespresso to explain the situation to them, i was told i can’t exchange the product because it was opened. This was the day after i purchased it. I felt conned by Nespresso and have now dumped the machine and gone back to my Dolce Gusto.
