Coffee Machine problem

Extremely poor service from Nespresso. Sent 4 emails and no response. Requested Manager's email address but no response. My top of the range Creatista machine is giving problems and you can' t have it repaired unless you deal with their useless Call Centre. The stores don' t accept machines for repair. Be careful about getting married to Nespresso as you will struggle if you have future machine problems.
