Capsules damaged again!!!

CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS!!!!! Twice I’ve ordered from the Explorations Club and twice my capsules have arrived damaged!!! First the courier goes to the wrong address last Friday, so I get no coffee. I wait the entire weekend for the delivery cause they could only now deliver on Monday. I get home to finally enjoy a George Clooney coffee and the capsules are again, damaged!!!!

What a poor show and service from Nespresso South Africa. Some kinda exclusive luxury service!!!!
