Can't phone your stores . Why not

Why can't I phone your shops . and When I dial you call centre I wait for ages then get cut off . Are you on the cloud , imaginary ? no one to speak to . you want me to drive all the way to the mall and go find out you have no stock . and no I don't want to buy everything online . same with I -store . can't phone . have to drive there . ***
