Can you say Nespresso compatible

Nespresso Canal Walk refused to allow my brother and sister in law to taste of their new offerings as "she is not an active user". There are only branches at Canal Walk and V&A so many don't go often unless you frequent those malls. A gentleman posted that the same thing happened to him at the Menlyn branch. They're not doing themselves any favours.
