Broken UMilk
I was given a Umilk for Christmas which was purchased from a @Home store. On opening the machine, I discovered the water tank was leaking. As most stores are closed on Christmas day, we took the machine to the Gateway store on the 26th. They refused to simply replace the machine, instead trying to replace the water tank. The assistant manager helping us tried to make a cup of coffee and... nothing. Only then did he believe me that the machine was broken.

Eventually Nespresso agreed to ship the machine to Joburg to be tested and now, two weeks later, I still have no machine. They have not rep**** to any emails, have not called me back with information when they said they would and have been generally extremely unhelpful. On Wednesday 6 January they said the machine had been repaired and sent back to me, so I could receive it on Friday 8 January, but no machine has arrived. Nespresso is completely uninterested in assisting me or resolving my problem, and they are the ones who allowed a broken machine out of the factory!

If you have a Nespresso machine that works, from what I've heard, you will have no problems. But be careful if you need Nespresso to show you customer care.
